Yes, I know, it's been a while. Don't worry, I wasn't in labor or anything. That would be awkward. Let's just skip the long-winded explanation as to why I haven't written and dive into the exciting news I have for you all. Sound good? K, thanks. As most of you know, a little over two years ago, I stood on the edge of my window deciding if I wanted to be alive anymore. I was 254 lbs, angry at the world, and hated everything about myself.  I ate terribly, drank religiously, and never exercised.
